Fiona is McKay’s Executive General Manager – Technology, a role she has held since April 2026, where she provides strategic leadership across the Engineering, Marine, and MGE New Zealand Limited businesses. In this role, she plays a key part in strengthening technical capability, innovation, and delivery performance across McKay’s technology-driven divisions, with a particular focus on the marine sector.

Fiona has a long-standing history with McKay. She previously served as Northland Regional Manager until 2021, where she led regional operations and built a strong foundation in operational leadership and client delivery. Following this, she moved into the role of Chief Executive Officer of Naut Limited, a McKay-associated company founded in partnership with McKay Managing Director Lindsay Faithfull. Through Naut, Fiona has been closely involved in marine-focused engineering and services, helping to shape and grow capability in this specialist area while strengthening the connection between land-based electrical expertise and marine applications.

Her combined experience across McKay and Naut has positioned her as a key leader in marine engineering and technology integration. She brings a practical understanding of complex operational environments, alongside strong commercial and strategic capability, enabling her to support growth and performance across both organisations.

In her current role, Fiona continues to work across McKay and Naut, with a strong emphasis on marine operations and engineering delivery. She is focused on building capability, enhancing collaboration between teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across marine projects and associated technical services.
