Jacqueline Bell is McKay’s Executive General Manager – Regions, where she leads and optimises regional operations across New Zealand, driving growth, performance, and strong customer-focused delivery. Since joining McKay in 2023, she has played a key role in strengthening regional capability, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the business remains closely aligned with client needs across all areas of delivery.

Jacqueline brings more than 25 years of experience in New Zealand’s infrastructure sector, with a career spanning health, education, transport, and large-scale capital development. She has held senior leadership roles responsible for the planning, governance, and delivery of complex infrastructure programmes, including major health, transport, and education projects across the country. Her experience includes leading large multidisciplinary teams, managing significant capital investment programmes, and working closely with government agencies, local authorities, and industry partners.

Her background is grounded in both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, with deep expertise in infrastructure planning, commercial management, risk oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Jacqueline is highly experienced in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and is known for her ability to balance strategic priorities with practical execution.

At McKay, Jacqueline is responsible for leading regional performance, supporting high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of quality outcomes across all regions. She focuses on building strong relationships, driving continuous improvement, and creating an environment where teams are empowered to perform at their best while maintaining a strong customer focus.
