Since joining McKay in 2021 and stepping into the Executive General Manager role in 2023, Stuart has played a central role in strengthening leadership capability and fostering an environment where people are supported to grow, contribute, and succeed.
With a career spanning more than two decades across human resources, organisational development, and general management, Stuart brings deep expertise in shaping people and culture strategies within complex, multi-site organisations. His background includes senior leadership roles across a range of industries, where he has led workforce transformation, developed leadership frameworks, and supported organisations through change and growth.
At McKay, Stuart is responsible for the full people and culture function, including leadership development, employee engagement, organisational design, and HR strategy. He works closely with leaders across the business to ensure teams are supported with the capability, structure, and culture needed to deliver strong outcomes. His focus is on creating alignment between people strategy and business performance, ensuring McKay continues to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals.
