Vidura Galpoththage is McKay’s Executive General Manager – Finance and Commercial, a role he has held since December 2025. He leads McKay’s Finance and Commercial functions, provides strategic oversight of financial management, governance, and business performance, and plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and operational strength.

With more than 15 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, Vidura brings deep expertise in financial control, commercial strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance. His career has involved leading complex financial environments, managing end-to-end reporting frameworks, and supporting large-scale organisations through periods of growth and transformation.

Vidura has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, audit and assurance coordination, tax and regulatory reporting, and the development of robust financial systems and controls. He is highly skilled in translating financial data into clear commercial insight, enabling strong decision making at both operational and executive levels.

At McKay, Vidura is responsible for leading the finance and commercial functions and maintaining strong financial governance and disciplined commercial management across the business. He works closely with leadership teams to support strategic decision making, improve performance visibility, and maintain financial integrity across all areas of operation.
